Spankable Celebs # 2
The next lady on my Top Ten list of Spankable Celebs has, like Jennifer Aniston, been on the list many times before. She's been called the most beautiful woman in the world, as well as the sexiest woman on the planet. I really can't argue with either assessment. Beautiful and sexy--sounds spankable to me!

My selection for the perfect ebony bare bottom would be a political one also, Condeleezza Rice, the former Secretary of State. With her dress raised high to the waist, and her panties taken down to her knees. Plus hopefully wearing garter-belt and stockings.
