Photo Op

This statue first saw the light of day in Indiana, a tribute to police officers.
























However, it was removed after a short time.  Why?  Probably because of too many photos like these....

























I'm happy to say that the sculpture was eventually taken out of mothballs, and was used for other purposes, such as "directing" foot traffic around construction sites, etc.

Glad they could use the poor cop for a constructive purpose, not to say the last photos were NOT a construct purpose?

gentbb -- I wish I could have found more photos of people posing with the statue--those are always fun. But these were all I had.
