Radio Spanko; Lea Michele

It's been a long, long time, but I finally picked up a little snippet from my favorite radio station here in Minnesota.

MyTalk 107.1 FM is a local radio station devoted to the pop culture scene.  The majority of local programming is talk show format, and the topics are anything to do with pop culture--celebrities, gossip, TV shows, movies, the music scene.  (Later in the day they do carry a few syndicated programs, which I don't find particularly interesting, so I stop listening when they're on.)

My favorite programming is on from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Lori and Julia show--also referred to as LoJ.  Whenever I talk about "Radio Spanko", I'm usually referring to something these two have said that has some tie to spanking.  (Okay, let me correct that--it's usually something Lori has said.  I've long suspected that she's a spanko, although, of course, I have no proof of it.  But she does like to get in a spanking reference now and then!)

I hadn't really heard anything to share for months now, so I was glad to be listening this past week when they were talking about a TV show that would be coming on the air.  Neither of them liked the proposed name of the show, or the premise.  Since part of their job, of course, is to watch and be up on TV shows, Lori finally reluctantly said, "I'll watch it for us when it comes on", and Julia responded, "You'll take the pain".  And Lori, laughing, replied, "'Yes, sir, I'll have another'".

Gads, but I love listening to these two ladies!

Later on in the show, they were covering a magazine interview with actress Lea Michele (Glee, Scream Queens).  The interviewer asked Lea, "What's your favorite body part?"  Lea replied, "My butt!  It's a showstopper!"

Spanking Party Advice

The Chicago Crimson Moon October party is this week, and all ladies attending should take this to heart.  Whether you're a bottom or a Top--maybe especially if you're a bottom--you don't have to wait to be asked.  It's perfectly acceptable for you to approach someone and ask them to play.

Thanks to recent books and movies, a lot of women have, for the first time, found themselves drawn to the idea of spanking.  They've probably spent many an idle moment daydreaming about it.  They possibly have even tried a little self-spanking and come to the conclusion that it's a nice little sting that feels good.  They tell themselves it's no big deal, they're big girls, they can handle it.

Lara Croft

We probably all know the story about Lara Croft:  Tomb Raider and her look--how a game designer was working on her body, wanted to try increasing her breast size by 5 %, accidentally bumped the mouse, and increased Lara's upper frontals by 15% instead.  No surprise, he saw no reason to correct the mistake, and millions of young male game-players have been grateful for that mistake ever since.

Sadly, while Lara's boobs have gotten plenty of attentions, her other asset--i.e., her bottom--has been rather overlooked.  It's been left to the fans to remedy that situation in the form of later versions of the game, fan art, and even cosplayers to remind us that, yes, Lara also has quite a nice little backside.  See for yourself...

Lara has never been spanked in a game, as far as I know, but once again, fan art has seen to that, as well.  I've posted many of the better known drawings before--no reason to do so again.  Still, I did come across this artwork recently.  It's not new by any means, but I know I've never posted it before, so now is as good a time as any.
