Love Our Lurkers 9 -- Day Two
Welcome to the second day of LOVE OUR LURKERS 9!
In order to make sure that everybody got to visit and comment on all the blogs they wanted, LOL day has been extended an extra day this year. With all the wonderful spanking blogs that are out there, it's really difficult for you to squeeze them all in over the course of one day. And, of course, we want you to break with your normal habits and leave a comment on the blogs you visit, so that takes even longer. Hence, the extra day. And, of course, even if you don't manage to visit everyone in two days, you can always leave a comment as the week goes on, as well.
So if you usually come by and leave a comment--please feel free to continue doing that. And if you're a lurker who comes in, looks around and never comments--please break that habit just this one time out of the year. All of us bloggers would love to hear from you. Ask a question or two, comment on any of the past posts, tell us how you think we're doing, or just say, "hi". It's not the length of the comment that matters, only the fact that you did take the time to leave us something. You can post anonymously.
You can lurk the rest of year. But for now--talk to us. We'd love to hear from you!

Love Our Lurkers 9 Is Here!
Welcome to the 9th LOVE OUR LURKERS day!
"Lurker" is the affectionate term bloggers use for those who come to the blog, look at the pictures, read whatever is written, and then leave without posting a comment. The vast majority of people fall into that category. And we, the bloggers, understand. You very likely have several blogs that you wish to visit before signing off. Time is limited, and commenting on a post--even a brief comment--takes time. As bloggers, we appreciate the fact that you took the time to drop by at all. We really do.
One day out of the year, however.....all that changes! And that's LOVE OUR LURKERS day.
Bloggers appreciate your visiting. We just don't always remember to say it. And that's one the things this day is for--a chance for us to step us and thank you for all the times you've come here. If people didn't come by the blogs, what would be the point in continuing to write them? So a big "THANK YOU" to everyone who stops by SPANKING MINNESOTA, whether you do it on a daily basis or just pop in occasionally. I'm very happy that you're here.
The other part of LOL day is this: it's the one time of the year that we ask all the lurkers to break out and leave us a comment. Let us know that you're out there. Say hello. Ask a question. Let us know how we're doing. Just this one day out of the year, we'd really like to hear from you! You can even post anonymously.
And to make things a little easier, this year LOL day is actually 2 days long--Nov. 12th and 13th. Why? Because there are literally hundreds of spanking blogs out there, and there's no way you can read and comment on all of them in one day. So you don't have to decide who to visit and who to skip this year. There should be time enough for you to visit and leave a comment of some kind on all of your favorite and near-favorite blogs. (Personally, I think our organizer, Hermione of Hermione's Heart, did it just because she likes the fact that the dates for LOL9 come out as 11/ 12 - 13/ 14. Needless to say, I think Hermione should be spanked 11-12-13-14 times--but that's just my opinion.)
Bloggers always love to get comments. And over the course of a year, we naturally do tend to get the same people leaving messages over and over. That's great, but now we'd like to hear from some new voices, as well. So hear we go, all you lurkers out there. Let us hear from YOU!

Veterans Day
Today, Nov. 11, is the day that we in the United States set aside to honor those who have served our country in one of the branches of the military. Let us take a moment to thank those who have fought to keep our Nation safe....to keep our Nation great....and to keep our Nation free.
Let us also take a moment to think of those who are currently serving our country. No "thank you" can be big enough to repay them for their service.

Birthday Spanking
On Nov. 3rd, Kendall Jenner (one of the young ones from Keeping Up With The Kardashians, had her 19th birthday. And she celebrated the way so many ladies have (and should) celebrate--by getting a birthday spanking. Granted, it was a birthday spanking from a male stripper dressed as a cop....
Word is that the policeman "gently" smacked her bottom the appropriate number of times with his prop police baton while Kendall reacted with widening eyes, staring over her shoulder the whole time.
Interestingly enough, her mom, Kris Jenner, had her birthday two days later, on Nov. 5th. I wonder if she got the same treatment? (One can only hope.....)
And I also wonder if any of Kendall's birthday party will make it on-air in a future KUWTK episode....
