- I'm Dr. Ken, 72, and single. I'm a Spanker, I live in Minnesota--hence the blog name! Spanking Minnesota is updated daily. While the main thrust of this blog is adult consensual spanking, it's not the ONLY thing you'll find here. I'm a member of the Minnesota Spanking Group on FetLife, and was a long-time member of Chicago Crimson Moon. I've been known to attend other parties around the nation, such as the Texas All-State Spanking party. I wonder just how many teacher still wear academic gowns never mind mortar boards. Probably a whole lot more than those who put teenage girls over their knees to spank them.

Susan -- In this country, probably somewhere around 0% on the robes, I'd guess. Somewhat higher in other countries, like Great Britain, for example. And while there may still be states and some schools that allowing paddling, I'd again go 0% on an OTK method for teenage girls. We can enjoy the fantasy, though.

Teachers in Britain do not wear academic gowns, much less the headwear. Some private or grammar schools get teachers wearing them on special occasions such as prize giving, but that's all.
