...sometimes a good spot to sit isn't handy. Or you're using an implement that doesn't really work well with her over your knee. Or she just needs a good spanking so badly that you just bend her over whatever will work. It's still effective! (OTK is still my favorite, though...)

I think over the desk is kind of fun! However, OTK reigns superior for this spankee!
