I may be one of a dying breed, but I actually did spank many of my female employees over the span(k) of my career in management. Mostly birthday spankings, but two actual disciplinary spankings. One partially bare. Those were the good old days and nary a lawsuit at all. Not like today! People have lost their sense of humor! I remember back in the eighties a survey showed that over 25% of secretaries had still been spanked in their work environment. Oh, the good old days! You wouldn't even mention it today or face a sexual harassment lawsuit as well as the sack!
fatherjim -- It would have to be an office run out of my home with employees that had been hand-picked for their qualifications, including their agreement to such treatment...
Fatherjim. I so agree with you. Too much emphasis on 'rights' and not enough on duty. Employees have a duty to work to a high standard. Employers have a duty to make sure that employees are paid properly and treated with respect. However, if an employee fails an employer has a duty to correct.
Yes CEM, it is good, I also have all of Devlin O’Neil’s videos too including his last one he didn’t want “his girls”to watch but I bought that one after he passed away so he couldn’t yell at me, I have all his books as well. Bye for now, Aussie Jenny.
Yes, it is a bit naughty, but I had to have it to go with all the others. My favourite movie is Stand corrected with Dev and Erica Scott playing the wayward editor. Dev sent me his five videos by his weblog. Bye for now, Aussie Jenny.
Standards must be maintained one way or another.
ReplyDeleteSusan -- Spelling and typos must be dealt with...
DeleteHow an office *should* be run. Productivity would increase. :)
ReplyDeleteCEM -- And a dramatic rise in lawsuits

ReplyDeleteSusan -- in this case, the emphasis would be on my "rights"--right hand, that is.
DeleteHi! Dr. Ken, I have that movie with Keith Jones and Erica Scott and friend, it’s called secretaries part two, very good! Bye for now, Aussie Jenny
ReplyDeleteSounds like "quality cinematic art". :)
DeleteAussieJenny -- Those are two quality people. I'm sure the movie is excellent.
DeleteCEM -- I have no doubt. Anything with Erica Scott is going to be good!

ReplyDeleteAussieJenny -- I'm curious as to why he didn't want "his girls" to watch...
DeleteHe thought it was a bit too risqué in places, it’s called Spanked girl goes wild, I got it from Shadowlane. Bye for now, Aussie Jenny.
ReplyDeleteAussieJenny -- Thanks for the explanation. Do you agree with his assessment?

ReplyDeleteAussieJenny -- Thanks for the report. I've seen the Stand Corrected movie and it's outstanding. I can understand why it's your favorite.
