    Susan -- I don't know--Sweden? Actually, I don't think it's "where" so much as it would be "who". Anyone who doesn't appreciate the benefits of a good spanking, for example...

    I see. I have had exchanges with some who believe that not just spanking but all punishment of any sort is wrong. I assumed they lived in California. Silly me.

    I cannot name who but you're right idiots exist everywhere I just get the impression that they are following a lead set in California but no offence intended.
