There is a great deal to be said for using this simple method of correcting bad behaviour. Our society needs to stop telling mothers that they have no rights to discipline.
I love GIF Thursday. Although this particular one goes a little too fast for my old eyes ( I am almost the same age as you), but I did enjoy it. Susan does make great points and to me it would be great if our passions like spanking could be made legal hobbies and you could ask any woman if they wanted to get spanked or for that matter they could not refuse a request to get a spanking.great finds thanks and enjoy your day. Jim
Susan -- I don't think society is telling mothers to not discipline, but they are trying to say "don't spank". (I also think that probably gets widely ignored.) I know it's my preferred method when dealing with certain "young ladies" of legal age and older...
Jim -- Nice idea, although they should be able to refuse such a request--not all women view a spanking the same way we do, after all. But it would certainly make it easier to find someone to play with!
Dr. Ken: Locally social workers, health visitors et-al say that parents should not use the word naughty, not use any time out technique, not withdraw toys etc etc. A psychologist I had some correspondence with told me quite seriously that any punishment at all was wrong. Only reason and discussion are acceptable. Jimc: Thank you for the compliment. I really don't think your idea would be fair on women. Ask but 'No' must be an acceptable answer
