smuccatelli -- I've still got several weeks worth of Wonder Woman, and rest assured she does figure as the spankee in many of them. As DC Comics premier female superhero--equal to Superman in many ways, including strength--it's no surprise many artists use her as a Spanker. And for the same reason, that's what makes her such an appealing Spankee....
