One daughter is over the knee getting a good bare-bottom spanking, the other daughter is holding her sister's hands, helping to keep her in place. Mom is wielding the hairbrush, and Dad is acting as quality control, making sure the right shade of red is achieved......
Or, at least, I think that's what Dad is doing. It's kind of hard to tell.....
