Susan -- It's the old "lap crawl". Jim explains it well in his comment. The version I am thinking of, the spankee starts by going over the lap of the first lady, getting her swats, and then just crawls forward to get over the next lady's lap, and keeps going until she reaches the other end of the row.
Susan,it is supposed to be a birthday spanking at a spanking convention. She is supposed to go over the lap of all these women some tops and mostly bottoms from what I remember . I think this one was in Vegas, but it could be Texas All State.I think it was three each(1 birthday spank,1 for luck and 1 to grow on!) Have a great day. Jim
