It has been reported that Emma Watson got a speeding ticket--her 4th ticket in 2 years--and consequently has been banned from driving for 6 months.
I've posted many pictures of Emma in some of my "Spankable Celebrities" posts. Maybe I wasn't too far off in that assessment....
Spanking for traffic offences would be cheap and effective. Maybe as an option like those 'Speed Awareness Courses' where if you accept you pay for the course but get no points and do not have to tell your insurance company

DeleteEmma Watson would be a great subject for a spanking. She is aware of her looks and knows how to dress. I enjoyed the recent shots of her out in Venice making heads turn in an expensive jacket and matching shorts. Her long hair and bare legs made her look dazzling..
