Spankable Saturday

No celebrities this week.  (Well, I almost did post one, but decided against it.  Like I said last Saturday, this really isn't supposed to be "Celebrity Bottoms".)  So these are just some lovely looking and very spankable ladies from around the web....and if a celebrity somehow sneaks in, so be it.

I think the first picture is one I've posted before, but hey...it happens.

Looks Effective

I was at a recent Hanky Spanky party, sitting in the living room on a sofa next to two wonderful ladies.  There was an ottoman placed in the center of the room, and we noted that it would be a good spot for a spanking to take place.  The lady on my left noted that where we were sitting was an advantageous spot no matter how the participants positioned themselves.  We'd either have a good look at the spanking end of things, or we'd have a good look at the spankee's face.

I wholeheartedly agreed.  I've said this in the past, and I'll say it again--watching the face of the person being spanked is almost as much fun as watching the spanking itself.  The expression tells you everything.  I often wish I could see the facial reaction of the lady that's over my knee.  Spanking her lovely bottom takes all my attention, of course, but I do sometimes wish there was a well-placed mirror handy so I could see what's going on at the other end.

This photo is a case in point.  It's got all the elements of a good spanking photo.  Good positioning, good camera angle, you can see both the spanker and the spankee, the spanker looks like she means business and knows what she is doing and the spankee's bottom looks like it's getting the attention it deserves.  But what really makes the picture is the expression of the lady being spanked.  If she were smiling, or laughing, or looking bored, or looked like the spanking wasn't bothering her one bit--the picture is ruined.  Her pained expression, on the other hand, tells you that she's being spanked quite effectively--and that makes this a very effective picture!

Two-Page Problem

Many times a spanking picture or drawing is splashed over two pages of a magazine.  This creates a problem for anyone trying to scan the picture.  Trying to flatten the magazine still usually leaves a notable crease in the middle of the picture.  Cutting the two pages out and then trying to join them can often leave a very noticeable seam in the picture, especially if the two pages later don't join up properly.  That's what has happened here in an otherwise very nice spanking illustration...

I'm sure someone, somewhere has a better copy of this picture--without the split between the pages--but I haven't come across it yet.  If I do, you can bet I'll download it for the archives!

A New Addition

Just Plain Evil

Back on February 13th, I put up a post showing a cover of a copy of "The Spencer Spanking Plan".  I didn't really have anything to say about the plan, but the illustration on the cover was one that I used as my profile photo during this blog's first year.  During the early years, I changed the profile photo each time my blogiversary came around before finally settling on the current profile drawing of a Doctor of Spankology.

The following drawing is one that I thought about using in my profile.  I couldn't decide between it and another drawing, and I finally asked for the readers to make the choice.                                                      

Well, the readers were almost totally against it.  While I was focused on the spankee and that nasty looking hairbrush aimed at her upturned backside, the readers pointed out that the expression on the man's face was very off-putting.  I believe it was called, "Evil", "Sadistic", and in at least one instance, "Demonic".

Since I am none of those things (at least, I hope no lady that I've spanked thinks I am), I decided to not use it, and chose another drawing.  I forget which one.  Heck, it might have been the Spencer Spanking Plan drawing again.  I know I've used it twice in the profile....

Since I enjoy everything else the drawing has to offer, I'm posting it here again.  Just ignore the look on his face, if you can....I know the lady being spanked isn't thinking about his expression at all!
