Rihanna

The latest issue of Rolling Stone features singer Rihanna on the cover, as well as in an in-depth interview. Turns out the lovely lady has a kinky side that includes her being on the receiving end of a good bottom warming.

She tells Rolling Stone:

"Being submissive in the bedroom is really fun," she says. "You get to be a little lady, to have somebody be macho and in charge of your sh*t. That's fun to me. I like to be spanked. Being tied up is fun."

You shouldn't plan on making a big elaborate production out of it, however.

"I like to keep it spontaneous. Sometimes whips and chains can be overly planned--you gotta stop, get the whip from the drawer downstairs. I'd rather have him use his hands."

My, my, my. After reading all that, I just might have to go out and buy one of her CDs........

Catching Up On TV, part 2

The amazing thing about my last post isn't the spanking reference from the show How I Met Your Mother. The amazing thing is that there was also a little something for the spanking enthusiast on the show I recorded prior to it, meaning that I had something to appeal to my inner spanko two shows in a row. The show I had recorded first was an episode of Desperate Housewives with a little spanko interaction between Carlos and Gabrielle, played by the lovely Eva Longoria.

(Eva Longoria, at ease and at beach volleyball)

In the episode, Carlos discovers that Gabrielle has been blowing off her appointments with her therapist and has instead been spending the time at the spa. He leaves the house like a man on a mission, and we, the viewers, have a pretty good idea where he's going.

The next scene shows Gabrielle on a massage table, wrapped in a towel. The door opens and someone comes in. Gabby assumes it's time for her massage and, without looking up, instructs the person to start on her shoulders, as she's feeling a little tense. We see a pair of hands grip her shoulders and really dig in. Gabby complains and asks the person to lighten up. The hands just seem to grip her shoulders harder. She finally rises up slightly, waving the hands away, and tells him to forget the shoulders, let's start somewhere else.

At which point we hear Carlos say, "Okay. How about the glutes?", and he gives her a whack on the backside.

(Anybody here really surprised to find out the hands belonged to Carlos? I didn't think so.....)

Eva Longoria oversells the swat, in my opinion. She bucks on the table, hair flying. As a longtime spanker, I can tell you the swat she got was nowhere near hard enought for that reaction. Still, she is an actress, after all, and she acted the hell out of that one smack.

Carlos proceeds to scold her and lets her know in no uncertain terms that she'll be keeping her therapist appointments. Gabby reluctantly agrees, but isn't ready to leave right that moment, as she's still too tense. She lies face down on the table again and tells Carlos, "A hundred bucks if you finish what you started."

At which point Carlos gives her bottom another spank and tells her, "That one's for free."

Her reaction to this swat, by the way, is perfect. Her head comes up, mouth open, a small intake of breath. It's the perfect response to Carlos's action.

I must say, ever since Desperate Housewives started, I've been waiting and hoping that Carlos would go all Ricky Ricardo to Gabrielle's Lucy. We still haven't had a full-out spanking--and this might be as close as we get--but it was enjoyable for what it was.

So there was that on Sunday night, and then the Alyson Hannigan comment from How I Met Your Mother on Monday night. I can't wait to see what I recorded Tuesday! Maybe cheerleaders Brittany and Santana get sent to the Principal's office for a paddling on a very special episode of Glee?

Fingers crossed.......

Catching Up On TV

I know I've mentioned this before, but it bears repeating: I watch a lot of TV.

I also record a lot of TV shows, but I don't always get around to watching them in a timely manner--usually because I'm watching something else. For example, I just recently got done watching the Season 1 and Season 2 DVDs of Joss Whedon's Dollhouse. While I was doing that, though, my normal TV shows were piling up. Consequently, I think I'm only caught up to about Valentine's day, which puts me six weeks behind everybody else. It also means that anything I happen to see or hear, spanking-wise, has very likely already been reported on by myriad other blogs. Still, as an old advertising campaign once said, it's "new to me", so I'm going to tell you about it anyway. Who knows? You might have somehow missed it, too.

I came across this reference on the show, How I Met Your Mother, courtesy of the character Lily, played by the lovely Alyson Hannigan.

In this episode, Lily is sitting with her friends Ted, Barney and Robin at their favorite hangout. Lily's husband, Marshall, is back in Minnesota helping his Mom deal with things after the death of his Dad. Lily misses him, to put it mildly.

Ted is telling them about his new girlfriend. He explains that they're taking things slow, and announces that she invited him over to her place to bake cookies. The three friends all agree that "baking cookies" is just another way of saying, "booty call". Ted seems incredulous, and asks if they're sure that's what his girlfriend meant.

Lily replies (and just how much Lily misses Marshall becomes evident about halfway through her comment), "Are you kidding? You're in the kitchen, it's getting hot, you start licking stuff off each other's fingers, before you know it she's bent over the marble island and you're spanking her with a rubber spatula and she's screaming, 'Stop, Marshall, stop', but that's just code for 'Harder!'"

There's an awkward pause as Lily catches her breath and then Ted says, "Marshall's been gone a long time, hasn't he?"

Lily's reply is a heartfelt, "So long......."

Besides being funny, I was glad to see this because way back in the first season of the show--the very first episode, for that matter--Lily had made a reference to Marshall's being reluctant to spank her as hard as she liked. I'm glad to see the writers haven't forgotten about that. Hopefully, they'll remember it come future episodes!

And it's nice to know that Marshall is just another Spanko from Minnesota.

Photo Fun

"No, I said, "I forgot your lousy lei", not "You're a lousy......."

"What do you mean, you're going to spank me anyway?"

A Serious Moment....

No stories this time.

No pictures.

No jokes.

No spankable celebrities.

I just want to take a moment to tell my readers from Japan (yes, this blog does get visitors from Japan) that my thoughts and prayers are with you, as well as the people in Hawaii, and with everyone who has been devastated by the recent earthquake and tsunami.

Be careful. Be safe.

Same Old Same Old

Yes, it was just another day filled with the same old boring routine at the School Disciplinarian's office.....

A Cure For Winter

It's March in Minnesota.

Spring may be just around the corner, but for those of us living here in the Upper Midwest, we know there's still a whole lot of Winter to get through yet. March can often be the stormiest month of the season.

Take this week, for example. We had a couple of inches of snow here Sunday into Monday, with more light snow called for on Tuesday, 2 to 4 inches of snow possible on Wednesday, and come Friday night, another 1 to 3 inches of snow could fall.

What can we possibly do to pass the time on such a snowy week?

Well, yes.....that's certainly one idea.........

Easily Amused

If you're standing in the checkout line at the grocery store and need to amuse yourself for a moment or two because the woman in front of you is disputing the price of an item with the cashier, or going over the receipt item by item because she's convinced she's been overcharged, or she's waited until the cashier has finished ringing up all of her purchases and only now starts digging in her purse for her checkbook--grab the March issue of Maxim magazine and turn to their photo shoot of actress Carly Craig.

On page 88, which is the left page, there's a half-page photo of Carly resting (more or less) on her side.

On page 89, which is the right page, there is a photo of her looking somewhat underdressed while wielding a ping pong paddle.

What's so amusing about that, you ask? Well, if you look at the two pages as a whole, with the photos side by side to each other......

....it looks like she's about to give herself a swat with the ping pong paddle! (Okay, you have to use your imagination a bit.....but it does!)

Whoever does the page layouts for Maxim is either a bit of a spanko, or just has a great sense of humor! Or maybe, as the title of this post suggests, I'm just easily amused......
